PUCO images from the late 90s or early 2000s showing two Conrail signals with 8" lights, WCH gate mechanisms, and a Safetran Hybrid plus WCH/WRRS Mechanical Bells. By 2018, the only major changes were gate replacements and both bells being replaced, one with a Safetran Type 3 and the other a GS Type 3.

In August 2019, we
see the Safetran Type 3 was replaced by a GS E Bell, most likely Type
3. The northern signal's gate was also replaced, and now part of
it has the older style striping.
In the early 2020s, both signals were replaced with new Siemens signals with WCH gate mechanisms.

In the 1st video below, you'll see the
Safetran Type 3 doesn't sound at all, but if you listen to the 1st video
for Franklin St., you can hear it in the background turn on for a couple
seconds.
