This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

These signals were installed in 2018? replacing a setup consisting of 8"x20" Safetran incandescents, Safetran Model 85s and a Safetran Mechanical Bell.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows an older CR setup with 8"x20" Safetran incandescents, Safetran Model 85s and a Safetran Mechanical Bell. I'm not sure why one signal had a "2 Tracks" sign while the other signal didn't. By 2018, both signals were replaced with the current setup.
