This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

The southern signal was installed in the early 2000s, replacing a crossbuck. The northern signal has... bit of an interesting history.

In the early 2000s, both crossbucks were replaced with the then-current setup. At the time, the northern signal had 2 pairs of 12"x20" Safetran incandescents on the mast and side, 2 pairs of 12"x24" Safetran incandescents, and a General Signals Type 1 E-Bell.

In 2019, the northern signal was completely replaced with a new one. I don't have any pictures of it unfortunately, but you can see it on two videos over on YouTube. Click this link or this link to see it. The signal was a newer Siemens signal with a WCH gate mechanism, had 12"x20" Safetran incandescents and a GS E-Bell. Strangely the side lights disappeared on the signal. It was then later replaced with a newer signal. Here, it had a Siemens gate mechanism, 12"x20" Safetran incandescents, a new double sided Siemens base and a newer GS E-Bell. It also regained its side lights during this time. It now looked a bit more like the first iteration of the northern signal.

Then in 2021, the northern signal was replaced yet again, this time with the current signal. I'm pretty sure this had to do with an accident that occured in October of 2021, and it goes to show you that this crossing has been through 4 different northern signals during its lifespan.
