This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

These signals were installed in the early-mid 2000s replacing a pair of crossbucks.

In the 2000s, this crossing was upgraded to 2 gated signals. At the time of the upgrade, the bell here was a GS Type 2 E-Bell.

Sometime in the late 2000s, the bell here was replaced with a Safetran Type 3 E-Bell. This exact change also occured to Buena Vista Road, Cemetary Road and Stewart Road (all 3 of which are in Plattsburg.) Then sometime in the 2020s, the Safetran Type 3 E-Bell was replaced with the current General Signals Type 3 E-Bell. So it goes to show that this crossing has been through 3 different bells during its lifespan.
