This crossing is located on the CSX Toledo Sub.

These signals replaced a pair of Safetran signals with 12"x24" incandescents and a Safetran Type 3 E Bell, but at different times.  More details down below.

The western signal.  This signal was installed in July 2016 as a result of a derailment that happened on July 11, 2016, which destroyed the old signal.

The eastern signal.  This was also installed as a result of a derailment, but a different one that happened on February 18, 2014.  That's right, both signals replaced older signals as a result of a derailment, but each signal came from different derailments that happened in the same spot!
