On May 1, 2015, we see the white DOT signs were replaced with blue ones.

In May 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward, and the grade was resurfaced.

These signals replaced a pair of crossbucks in the 1990s.  All five of the accidents occured when this crossing was just crossbucks.
