These signals were installed sometime in the 2010s replacing a 1990s Conrail setup.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two late 90s CR signals with 12"x24" Safetran incandescents, WCH gate mechanisms and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. Sometime in the 2010s, both signals were replaced with the current setup.
