Poor confused driver. Since it was not intentional, he should not be fined. Only warned.
City should consider placing arrows on the lanes where he turned into the wrong way.
If one driver does it, others likely do.

btw since this topic is mainly on the cameras i think im going to start my new topic on red/rail cameras
and no the car did not get a ticket because it didnt trigger the camera,
but at the same time confused and ignorance of the law is not a pass on anything.
