More quiet zones for Arizona?

People in the community of Gilbert, AZ want quiet zones. Standard reason: Moved too close to the tracks and now complain about it.

They just need to suck it up. At my parent's house in Riverside, California, they are loud. The tracks are a minute drive from the house, (Mary Street is the closest crossing), and I deal with it. My aunt lives NEXT to a crossing in Oceanside, California, they don't even notice it anymore. Let it slide for a couple of months!

Really? thats not what my Union Pacific rulebook says.
