Shell and mobile have the most expensive, all of the crappy places have the lowest.

Lowest price here: $3.25 at Citgo somewhere in the hood.

We range from $3.81 to $4.09 in the Albany area (I know earlier today some stations were way above $4.09) with the average being $3.95. We range from $3.87 to roughly $3.93 here in town.
