This time it was a guy laying on the tracks at Fanning Dr. It seems like more and more accidents recently are from people laying on the tracks.

they have waysides in De Kalb,IL, Mundelein, IL and Kearney NE
I've seen and heard both Wayside horns in Kearney and Mundelein has the better wayside.
