This happened yesterday morning at around 5:45 am south of Selma, CA.

What a tragic thing to happen. The poor thing almost got away too.

I remember when they widened that road and crossing. Used to be some pretty cool 8 inch there.

Shit happens, that crossing is very well "protected" must not have a bidirectional or gate gard on that median signal.
