My local TV news just delivered this news, unfortunately with no further detail at all, but with a nice stock photo of a crossing signal set somewhere on their website link to the "story" here:

The article says the bridge is sinking... not collapsing. Perhaps too much rain has softened the ground around the bridge supports? The weight of the train obviously is playing a factor.
