CN Found A Way To Waste Money

When I'm by CN tracks next I'll upload a picture, but the CN's Leithton Sub (ex EJ&E Western Subdivision), while under the ruling of The J the signals were upgraded to Harmon fade LED lights and US&S E-bells from their all Safetran signals. CN has decided to replace one or both US&S E-bells at every crossing with a Safetran Type 3 E-bell. Note that all US&S E-bells still work fine and there are no problems. The Washington Street crossing from West Chicago now has one USUS E-bell and one Safetran Type 3 E-bell.Church street does too.
