That's actually a P32-8WH (or Dash 8-32BWH), one of 20 that were built specifically for Amtrak.

Thank You. It's also a lucky one.

I had stopped just to shoot that awesome sunrise/windmills/cloud/mountain/RR tracks combination. I had just finshed cleaning and screwing the grad filter on the lens when the train came around the corner, completing the scene.

Nice timing, eh?
