Wow, that is a weird find, especially for Metrolink(or as some Californians call it, Metrostink). I recently went to Palmdale and Santa Clarita, but only heard Safetran Type 2.

P.S.: The horn on that train SUCKS. :LOL3:

Of course it sucks, it's right were the plow of the train is so it gets fouled easily and It's not properly tunes to even began with as they used the wrong bells off a K5LA.
Safetran Type 2's are now sold by N.E.G. so It's probably an N.E.G. bell.

I speak my mind, if you don't like that oh well. I'll have you fill out a hurt feelings report and submit that to my office.

I, personally, hate the low-pitched as much as Kight hates it, but I like the high-pitched.
PaulSP wrote:Whats weird is Metrolink is starting to replace the high pitched ones with the low pitched ones
Well, Swarthout Canyon still has the high-pitched at least.
