Good train horns.

Can't have signals without railroads, so talk about your favorite locomotives, railroads and any other (non signal) railroad related stuff.

I understand having fun and random silliness, but this kind of stuff is absurd. This is so irresponsible and unsafe, not to mention you are trespassing on private property and interfering with interstate commerce.
Do some of you honestly think this is a game, that the Railroads are there for your amusement and enjoyment, and you can just go out and do what you want to do, even if illegal and unsafe, and that Railroad employees and contractors and others that are charged with the responsibility to protect the safety and integrity of our Railroads are supposed to just look the other way, that it's none of our business? And not just that, but way to go to make the forums here appear to be comprised of responsible, mature individuals. (Not)

Just another reason Railroad folks don't like foamers and rail nuts. It is people that do such irresponsible, stupid things like this that ruin it and make it so hard on the responsible, safe and courteous railfans.

I will say that I have known you to be nothing but responsible and safe in the past, I guess it's why I'm so shocked now that you'd do something like this, and then post it publically for all to see.

Sorry if I come across as being a hard ass, but I guess the alternative is having the Railroad police see this happen and lock your ass up someday. I sure hope that doesn't happen to you, man.
Just the facts, ma'am.

Whenever it comes to doing it on private property, I hear ya. But if you are being chased by some mean security guard off of a public station platform, then that is something different. It is legal to film trains on public property, like one time, back when I was ten, I was filming trains at the Corona station, and I was chased out of the station by some stupid mean security guard. Nowadays, I just ask them for proof that it is illegal. But, If it is on private property, then they have the right to fine you, and, if repeated charges are found, arrest.
