The crossing, and the intersection of Hageman & Santa Fe, are being grade seperated. Hageman will underpass both the railroad & Santa Fe Road.
The mainline has been realigned some to allow a the bridge to be built for it. A new signal (Safetrans) was put up to compensate.
The first Amtrak is heading south (in reverse). The second a few minutes later is going north past the bridge being built.

Hmm, so that crossing will be no more then?

I'm guessing that is the case. The cantilever closest to the camera appears to be on some sort of temporary mounting (the wooden box).
It does appear though that the other cantilever is an older one... apparently re-used?

The other one is original.
The tracks were moved about 50 west of their original alignment so a bridge could be constructed for when Hageman road will pass under them. Once that is completed, the crossing will be removed.

Found an old article about it. Odd how one year they're upgrading it, and the next it's getting torn out... wasteful use of money. (BNSF)

Google Maps has a good view of what is going on, on the overhead satellite view. You can even see partial remains of the crossing from its previous placement... and the original signal placement on street view.

The "wood box" you see is the mold casting for the poured concrete foundation.
Why the hell can't some installers and maintainers drive their gates up so they stop upright, nice and straight and professional, instead of having them hang down all half assed looking?

Just the facts, ma'am.
