Sign question

Does anybody know what the little wight signs are for? They say ROW on them.

I think they might stand for Right Of Way, but I'm not sure.

Those white signs do stand for right of way. In this case, it signifies city, county or state owned land that is used for a road or highway.

Thanks! I saw those signs and I wondered what they stood for. Now I know.

I was able to take a picture of one recently so people can see what they look like better. Thought it might help in showing what they look like even though the meaning of the sign is already clear.
It's not the best picture due to weeds being in the way.
