Studebaker Ave in farmersville, IL has one. When i go back in the summer i will go check to see if it is still there.

Shocking to me, there's a pair on the Sacramento Light rail. Never knew that any kind of mechanical or semi-mechanical bell was ever installed on any of their lines

I'm not sure if the crossing is still used, it goes down to a log storage area but the tracks are heavily overgrown. The xing also has red grades...

Just follow ex Conrail or Illinois Central lines and you'll find them.
A few of the Hybrids on BSDA got replaced in E. St Louis IL and in Central West End.
Sarah St and Ewing Ave are the only two in Missouri that are left.
