Griswold parts needed

Here's my wishlist for my Griswold Rotating Banner signal.

motor
clutch
hold clear
counter weight
brackets that attach to the T-Frame that the lights go into
Bell bracket

Anybody? Bueller?...Bueller? Haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone has any ideas about an aftermarket motor. I know I've seen some with them, one was from a company called Applied Motion but a search of a part number that was given resulted in no luck.
