Rectangular E-Bells?

These bells are crazy. They remind me of GS bells but square. I think they might be WCH e-bells in a square container.

Sounds exactly like the ASC e-bell at the Kellogg Ave. crossing in Ames.
A nice mellow chime that won't make your ears bleed like a WCH.

All of that sounds exactly like the old 90s and early 2000s GS type one bells.
