The bell here is very rusty and dead sounding, and in my opinion, in a creepy atmosphere due to the proximity of the abandoned Fort Monmouth

The bell here is about to die, note the 8 inch lights on the far signal and the old pedestrian gate. That looks like it could be from the 1950's or earlier.
