Out of all the grade xings with regular 12X20 and 24's theres one with GRS Lex C 12X20's. Is this rare?

There is quite a few Lex C's in along those crossings on that road. I like (or more like hate) this one though:

Aren't the 12x20 inch Lex-C lights common up in Alaska?

Very common indeed, especially along that line in Anchorage.

Good thing you pointed that pair of GRS out.When I went through this crossing in google maps,I only noticed the mismatch of the bottom pair of this xing.
