Oh, hi:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 75,,3,0.31
It appears that they've caught more trains at this crossing:
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 76,,1,1.28
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 09,,0,0.34

Railraod crossing next to a tornado siren. Fourtunatly, Nashville has since replaced these ATI "sirens":
https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=3 ... 1,,0,-11.4
They/Them for me, please.

Another in front of that NS train:

Even more:

It looks to me like the train was backing up: http://goo.gl/maps/2HIKW

The car in front of the Google car (waiting for the train in my link) is the same in your third link crossing the tracks. Plus, it looks as though the engine is further away in each picture as you move forward through the crossing.
Hmm... It's possible, it's possible.

When your in the map view there you see a work train activating that crossing. (BONUS): https://maps.google.com/maps?q=36.11692 ... 1&t=h&z=18

It's been on the forum as well... possibly even on this post some 30 or so pages ago. I distinctly remember it because the previous Street View images (from before October 2012) showed a maintainer working on the crossing. Managed to find one of those older pages here: http://goo.gl/maps/gtuAy

Oh... and speaking of maintenance workers... http://goo.gl/maps/UX9u2

Crossbuck maintenance would appear to be a recurring issue for the North Alabama Railroad Museum:
