For a new crossing install, those tracks don't seem to be in the best of condition, especially to the west there.

All of those Downtown Tampa signals have GS e-bells. Some of them are painted black though. And pretty much from that crossing with the older equipment onward, there's a lot of older equipment such as old Safetrain bridge cantilevers, RACO bells, 8" lights, and some of the cantilevers are labeled to this day as SCL (Seaboard CoastLine)

Also, those orange m-bells are all along drawbridges that cross the Hillsborough River through Tampa.
