Progress Rail Lights

Today, I went to get pictures of a railroad crossing and I stumbled upon a crossing with lights made by Progress Rail/Lincoln Industries. I didn't know Lincoln Industries made lights. Are they rare?

They're actually pretty common. I usually find them on new BNSF installations up here in the Whatcom County area.
Railfanning since December 28, 2009!
