Has anyone noticed lately has had significant lag?

Depends on how fast the internet or computer is. I have two laptops; one has Windows 8 which I generally use to surf the internet while the other is a W7 which is full of train videos I'm working on which is VERY SLOW. Just generally depends on the computer speed in a nutshell.
