Those cantilevers look more like US&S ones based on the lights. US&S and Griswold did make very similar cantilever designs though.

That doesn't appear to be a Safetran Type 3 bell, though. It's probably just part of the mast, or some sort of bell we've never seen.

If you notice, the utility pole blocks the lights that are attached to the gate mast.

The building right there clearly blocks the approach towards the tracks.
