I find it kind of funny that those lights are at the most two years old.

Definitely an odd one. The traffic turning has nothing but the "no turn signs". They could squeeze a mast signal in there but probably figure it would get whacked in no time.

Very new-looking installation and from the looks of it those tracks are pretty dormant. Always wonder why things like that happen. Waste of money there...
