Does anyone know how to wire up these signals?

Does anyone know how I can wire up these Lionel, Marx and American Flyer signals? I don't have any track (but I do plan on building a layout of vintage Lionel,Marx and American flyer trains in the near future) so I would have to wire them up without track.

Just get a Lionel Train Transformer and it should work.
