That's an interesting crossing there. The lights are 12x24 inch LED lights and there's an e-bell at the crossing, yet the gate mechanisms appear to be old WRRS/GRS gate mechs.
That crossing would probably make a pretty neat addition to the site.
They/Them for me, please.

Active crossing, Bellevue, Michigan. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4437806 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Another active crossing in Bellevue, Michigan. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4440314 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Crossbuck stop sign combination crossing gets updated with gated signals. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4597492 ... 1664?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4597512 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
I'm surprised there aren't any median signals here, this looks like the kind of crossing that would have median signals. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7698414 ... 6656?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7702685 ... 6656?hl=en

Here it is active. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7703893 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
4-way intersection with traffic signals and a railroad crossing. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7600622 ... 6656?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7600173 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
This is kind of odd, it was probably done because of the utility pole. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7482915 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Check out this crossing that has parking garage looking gates (I could not think of a better name) in a BASF facility. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2170313 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Here is something you don't see everyday. WCH Clear L.E.D lights in Michigan! https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2479573 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.248047, ... !1e1?hl=en

This crossing is actually on the site, the images are of the crossing when it had 8'' lights instead of WCH Clear L.E.D lights (with the exception of the overhead cantilever lights). Here is it's page: http://www.rxrsignals.net/Michigan/Ecorse/Westfield/

I find it very strange that this crossing has WCH Clear L.E.D when it is so uncommon in Michigan. I wonder why they thought this crossing should have them.
--------------------------
A type of crossing with two gated signals at the end of the crossing and two gate-less signals in the middle or a double crossing setup should have been used here. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2704873 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2705032 ... !1e1?hl=en
--------------------------
This is an odd setup. I'd like to know if this functions as a quad-gate crossing. Maybe i'll get pictures of this crossing for the site, I don't know if this is in a good neighborhood. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2929963 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2931154 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2933587 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2931754 ... !1e1?hl=en

Here it is active. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.2932537 ... !1e1?hl=en
--------------------------
This is just strange, this crossbuck is very weird looking, and for some reason, they decided to have the crossbuck and the 2 tracks sign on separate posts. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4214258 ... !1e1?hl=en

There is also no crossbuck or any other signage on the other side of the crossing. :Curse1: https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4217542 ... !1e1?hl=en

There was a crossbuck and an advanced warning sign back in 2009. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4217542 ... !1e1?hl=en

Which also had that strange looking crossbuck. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4216515 ... !1e1?hl=en

This side of the crossing did not have a crossbuck or any other signage when streetview came through here in 2011 and 2013! :Eeeeek:
--------------------------
This seems like a complicated setup. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4224764 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4224764 ... !1e1?hl=en
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4223044 ... !1e1?hl=en
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4227553 ... !1e1?hl=en
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4226142 ... !1e1?hl=en
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4220186 ... !1e1?hl=en
--------------------------
Another one crossbuck wonder. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.4562369 ... !1e1?hl=en
--------------------------
Here is a cool pedestrian crossing. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5690642 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5690412 ... !1e1?hl=en
--------------------------
Active crossing, Mt Clemens, Michigan. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5952724 ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5952484 ... !1e1?hl=en
https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5952311 ... !1e1?hl=en
--------------------------
Crossbuck poles painted yellow. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.613029, ... !1e1?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.6127954 ... !1e1?hl=en

This crossing is on a very strange line. It is completely separated from any other rail line, there is no point at witch it breaks of from a regular rail line. At first I thought it was just a small spur for storage of equipment for the Michigan Transit Museum, then as I realized the line was longer than I thought it was, I thought it was an industrial spur with the Michigan Transit Museum's storage of equipment or a multi customer industrial spur with the Michigan Transit Museum's storage of equipment, I then found out that the line was completely separate, a significant portion of the line is part of the Selfridge Air National Guard Base. I'd like to know what this line is for.
--------------------------
This is not a place I would expect to see gated signals. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9096122 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
I think this is the first time I've seen a "NO TURN ON RIGHT/LEFT" signal in Michigan. For some reason, it does not have an orange light above the "NO TURN ON RIGHT/LEFT" light. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9175554 ... 6656?hl=en

Looks like there was some railroad work going on at the same time. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9175554 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Active crossing in Port Huron Charter Township, Michigan. Railroad workers were working on the signals. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9661787 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Wooden grade on a railroad crossing on a major road. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9779393 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
Cantilever railroad crossing right next to a railroad drawbridge. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9842951 ... 6656?hl=en
--------------------------
More of those strange crossbucks. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9882782 ... 6656?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9885554 ... 6656?hl=en https://www.google.com/maps/@42.9885559 ... 6656?hl=en

I did not notice him. He looks really focused on his job. I wonder if he knew if the streetview car came through. Maybe his co workers saw it and told him about it.For some reason, Google did not blur out his face. Funny how they blur out random objects, but not this guy's face.

Here's a rather cool 8 inch crossing in Florida with three mechanical bells:
