If you look to the left you'll see the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort right next to the tracks.
I was at this crossing before, which is NOT in a quiet zone, the bells at this crossing are WCH Type 1 e-bells and they only ring when the gates are in motion. This crossing gets moderate activity which resort guests could find it very disturbing.
