Small display in Pinellas Park, FL

This is a few miles from where I live, and is right next to the huge cantilever in my Avatar picture. This old passenger station now has a few small stores and a sandwich shop inside. This display is just outside the building.

I'm pretty sure it is operational... just in front of where I was standing was a box with a lock on it.

The lights look to the US&S 8 inchers while the rest of the equipment appears to come from WRRS.
