Re: AL 77 #1, near Attalla, AL
*originally recorded on 4-3-20*
Signal on the left: 2.5 pairs of RSI 12x20 inch lights with RSI LEDs and a Harmon 12x24 inch light with an RSI LED.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights with GE Uniform Look LEDs and a General Signals Type 3 electronic bell.
After catching M715 in Rockledge, we continued on towards Attalla. The next crossing we stopped at was this one right outside of the city, where, after a little while of waiting, we see them continuing south to Gadsden.
A few things have changed at this crossing since I last recorded it back in 2015. First off, sometime within the past couple of years, the far signal was struck and one of the lights was replaced with a re-used Harmon 12x24 inch light, though the LED (and visor, it appears) were re-used in the light-head. Then, sometime within the same period of time, the bell here was replaced with a GS Type 3. Nothing else here appears to have changed though.
US 431 can be seen on the other side of the crossing.

Re: AL 77 #1, near Attalla, AL
*originally recorded on 1-14-22*
Signal on the left: 2 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights with GE Uniform Look LEDs and a General Signals Type 3 electronic bell.
Signal on the right: 2.5 pairs of RSI 12x20 inch lights with RSI LEDs and 1 Safetran 12x24 inch light with a WCH 2nd Generation LED.
After getting Y102 in Albertville, FanFan61618 and I chased it on down to this crossing just north of Attalla. As the cloudy weather allowed for it, I decided to set-up on the side of the crossing with the RSI signal this time around, as I wanted to get a close-up of it (but the lighting hadn't really ever allowed).
Since I last recorded this crossing, however, another change has occurred to this crossing. The front-left light on the RSI signal here was struck again, and this time, the ATN replaced it with a Safetran 12x24 inch light (that I believe was re-used from elsewhere) with a WCH 2nd Gen LED in it.
