Nice! I see they replaced those very worn out stop signs above the road at the intersection.freebrickproductions wrote:

Re: Graphics Drive, Madison, AL
*originally recorded on 3-13-19*
Signal on the left: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, and a Safetran Type 3 electronic bell.
Signal on the right: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights and a Safetran mechanical bell.
As you can see, this crossing has had quite an overhaul since I last recorded it in 2016. NS has replaced all of the Harmon lights at this crossing, though the replacement lights are a bit more interesting than they may be at first glance. The replacement lights on the far side are all brand new Safetran 12x20s, but the closer signal has a nice mixture. The front-left mast light is a modern Safetran light, while the front-right mast light is a re-used Safetran 12x20 from the 1990s, which I'm guessing came from Derrick Street in Huntsville. However, the rear pair of mast lights and the overhead lights are all old Safetran lights from the 1970s, that I believe all came from Church Street in Huntsville. One of the Safetran mechanical bells was replaced, sadly, though the Safetran Type 3/Safetran mechanical combination does sound nice. It's also neat that there's finally a crossing with an e-bell/mechanical bell mixture at it here within Madison County. I also set-up my camera in a painted island on this side of the crossing in order to get this angle.
