Got a video of the "new" signals in action recently:

*originally recorded on 3-22-18*

Signal on the left: 1 pair of Safetran 12x20 inch lights with Electro-Tech LEDs, 1 Safetran 12x24 inch light with an Electro-Tech LED, 1 WCH 12x24 inch light with an Electro-Tech LED, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 1 pair of Safetran 12x20 inch lights with Electro-Tech LEDs, 1.5 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Electro-Tech LEDs, 1 Harmon 12x20 inch light with an Electro-Tech LED, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.

These signals appear to have been installed rather recently to replace the gateless signals that used to be here, though these signals aren't new themselves. In fact, it appears that most of the equipment here may have come from the BNSF based on the general set-up of it, but I have no way of confirming it. I was correct on the e-bell being another GS Type 2, and we see the Electro-Tech LEDs at this crossing in action finally. The bell here also rings until the gates rise. The far signal has the base covered in duct tape as well due to the fact that it's missing a cover, and the 3 Tracks signs on both signals almost appear to be an afterthought, as the far one only has one mounting piece while the near one is partially obscured by the lights...
