It's been quite a awhile since I have seen this crossing in action in person... but I don't recall the mechanical bell having this low of a pitch (tone) to it. Does it seem odd to anyone else?
Here is the crossing on streetview: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.8089404 ... 6656?hl=en. If Union Pacific gets it's way... this crossing will be closed soon as they want to eliminate quite a few of the "smaller" crossings through town and plan to quad gate the rest of them.
