Signal on the left: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a very sick General Signals Type-2 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.
Signal on the right: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Siemens gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.

As you can see, the bell here is rather sick. It doesn't start when the signals do, but when it finally starts, it rings extremely fast for about a second or two before going to a normal speed. No idea how that happened. Also, the bell is set to ring until the gates rise here, though it starts about when the gates begin to descend.

Also, this crossing still has a pair of old RACO cantilevers at it! It seems that most NS lines are like this crossing: old signals with newer lights, bells, and gate mechanisms.

Also, for some reason, the signal on the left has no rear lights while the signal on the right does.
They/Them for me, please.

"BELL'S DEAD!" good one, David :LOL2:

Sounds like the bell is playing "catch up" when it rings like that

I like the loose gate light. Looks normal when the gate is up, but plays peek-a-boo as the gate goes down and ends up on the bottom.
