I am subscribed to Big Trains TV's Facebook page and they post occasional videos. This one was interesting... notice the ped gate on the other side of the road...
In the next video, about 20 minutes later it worked normally. (Also notice how fast the train was going in this second video. About as fast as I have seen through here).
