It's quite blurry, but you can make out a Comeng set departing the new McKinnon station.

Yeah, it was done as part of the Andrews Government's 'Level Crossing Removal Program'. McKinnon Road (along with North Road, Ormond & Centre Road, Bentleigh) were among the 50 slated for removal. This also required the stations at Ormond, McKinnon, and Bentleigh to be rebuilt. Construction began in late 2015, with the last trains running through the crossings on June 24, 2016. A 37 day occupation of the line was required in order for the major works to be done. The line reopened on August 1, 2016 with trains running under those three said roads. McKinnon station also reopened on this date, with Ormond & Bentleigh reopening on August 29, 2016.
