I did a little searching in the area and I came across
this! 
Hard to tell if that was intentional or not!
Edit: Appears that some signal equipment is stored
here next to the crossing above.

That's just a very new sign right there. Over time, it will turn into the yellow that we all know and love.

I'd bet that this crossing may have been previously out of service and reinstated.
