Railroad crossings with no signals, just a crossbuck.

I've seen that before. Airport Road here in Huntsville used to just be protected by a pair of crossbucks, despite the road being extremely busy most of the time:

This crossing is kind of like that although it rarely sees train traffic which shouldn't be too surprising considering it is for a nuclear power plant . This crossing use to be signalized as well interestingly enough.
