I wanna say that's been posted in the past.
Although if it were up to me, I would NOT count that as two crossings, unless a long time ago there was a yard there (which I doubt).

It almost looks to me like a road crew paved over the crossing next to the X-buck with the 2 tracks sign at one point and they had to bring out something to clear the asphalt from the surface there to make it passable again. It resembles a couple of the crossings on the IARR when they first uncovered the ones that had been paved over 10+ years earlier.
