Reminds me of winter time here with the fog coming in off the Gulf of Mexico.

Speaking of inclement weather... I found the StreetView car driving in the rain recently in San Francisco.

This town called Sugarcreek kind of has a large Swiss-American population (16.7%) and you can tell just by looking at the town! I'm kind of surprised that I didn't know about this before! :TUP1: After seeing this place I really want to visit!

Probably a significant proportion of the Swiss population there are Amish and Old Order Mennonite as there is a large population of Amish (and maybe Old Order Mennonite as well) in Sugarcreek, which is probably why 11.4% of the population there speaks German. I also just found out that the town is nicknamed "The Little Switzerland of Ohio."!

I wouldn't quite call those classic, since they look to only be from about the 1980s or maybe even 1990s.

Those are some poly Safetran signals (yes, they made traffic lights too!), most likely from the 1980s. Could also be some poly ICC signal from around the same time (ICC and Safetran used the same molds, except for the logos). Safetran still makes traffic light controllers as well:

I believe Huntsville has several of them in service as well.
They/Them for me, please.

I had always thought these were Safetran's signal molds here:

Was I wrong?

They used both! The ones you linked to were their aluminum molds. ICC also produced both designs as well.

I see! Are ICC and Safetran linked in any way then?

Also, FWIW, those poly molds linked by Seth above also look a lot like McCain signals, too. Good thing I didn't identify them as such, then. :LOL3:

I honestly don't know. I think ICC may have taken over Safetran's signal line, but they may have also been produced together (with Safetran probably just getting rebranded ICCs as a way of saving money).

I personally think the poly signals look more like Singer (yes, that Singer) signals, as they are both deeper than McCain signals.
They/Them for me, please.

Well, if 3M can make traffic signals, then I guess Singer can as well. :Tongue1:
