Signal Maintainer on Street View
Stumbled upon this by accident. Looks like he's changing a bulb. What are the odds?

You think your car gets bad mileage? SP 4449 consumes 10 gallons of bunker oil and 100 gallons of water every mile.

Somehow, I can't help but seeing an accident there, given the very short amount of space between the tracks and the intersection.

Re: Signal Maintainer on Street View
Better watch out, next thing you know someone will change the MUTCD and mandate only 12" lights on gates too... just because some bureaucrat thinks it's safer.
Well,
Re: Signal Maintainer on Street View

Re: Signal Maintainer on Street View
hey, at least the gate in that picture isn't upside down. Those kind of gate lights remind me of the ones in the Netherlands.
