Level Crossing in Castelnuovo Calcea (Asti, Italy)

This level crossing is located in Castelnuovo Calcea (Asti, Piemonte - Italy).
We filmed it up late in the afternoon with the barriers down, stop signal switched on, train passage and the lift of the barriers.

What was going on with the light? Looks like it could have something to do with the frame rate of the camera?

No, it's just the stop light. In Piemonte some level crossing have the same particular characteristic of light.
