Came across this signal from Arkville, NY. The images are from 2009 and a bit fuzzy, but it looks like it might have Griswold lights? Both sets of lights are on extension arms as well... I'm assuming for back when the signal had a A Frame gate.
The other signal is more normal. There is a also a ped gate with a set of lights on it as well.

That's actually an old SAL US&S signal. The mast was split like that to avoid having the lights hit by the wooden gate arm back the in the day. Here's how it would've originally looks, only with two pairs of US&S 8 inch lights instead of one: http://rxrsignals.com/Alabama/Odenville/Alabama/
In fact, according to street view, it was like that originally, only with the Teardrop bell already having been replaced with that RACO(?) bell by the time they went through: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@28.55676 ... 312!8i6656
Could be some apartments right nearby, or a hospital. Either way, it appears the building with the bridge to the parking garage is most likely the one responsible for the quiet zone.

I don't know about you guys, but I wouldn't want train horns to be blaring by a hospital...
