The crossing you're probably thinking of is Whitney Way, and not Washington Avenue as well. However, the ones there are gone too.

Here's in interesting setup. 6 Masts, all have WCH E-bells. 4 main gates for the road and 2 ped gates. I call it "the noise machine".
