Made a trip up there recently and both of these have disappeared unfortunately. The ones at 11th St in Arcata are still there and the GS at Drake Hill Rd is still there though.Nimhster wrote:Oh, that's the Skunk Train!

Another here, the opposite has a GS bell.
Man... 3 1/2 minutes between activation and the train. Could you imagine if crossings in the US where like that?freebrickproductions wrote:Here's another Italian crossing with WABCO Teardrop bells:
Actually, those were made by a Japanese company that based their bells off of the Teardrop bells, IIRC. Notice how they sound a lot more differently from other Teardrops?NathanFromEngland wrote:WABCO Teardrops in Japan.
Oh, wonder what the name of that Japanese company is.freebrickproductions wrote:Actually, those were made by a Japanese company that based their bells off of the Teardrop bells, IIRC. Notice how they sound a lot more differently from other Teardrops?NathanFromEngland wrote:WABCO Teardrops in Japan.
All lights are 8 inch. One gate mech is a US&S/WABCO Model 75 while the other is a WABCO AL-70.NathanFromEngland wrote:A pair of US&S Teardrops either side in Zamora, California.

It looks to be 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights either side, one signal has a WABCO AL-75 Gate Mechanism and NEG gate lights.
The other signal has the same equipment, but the gate mechanism is a GRS? gate mechanism. The bells are still hanging in there though!
